My Pretty Girl

I don't know how everyone else gets their baby to look so happy in all their photos.  Mine just looks stressed, but you can't blame her because of her big beautiful eyes.  Thought we would share our attempt at capturing a happy baby.

Jaron at the Park

Poor Jaron has been cooped up in our house for three weeks since Maycee has been born.  On Wednesday, Wendi decided to take him to a park so he could run and release all of his pent up energy!  Thanks to Jaron's aunt Kendra who helped Jaron get all of his energy out!  When she and Jaron are together...it doesn't take long before the both of them are exhausted from laughing and talking loud!

Valentines Day 2008

As I always do, I wanted to take Wendi to dinner for Valentines Day, but due to BOTH of our kids being so sick we decided to stay home and be creative. Wendi made heart-shaped pasta, breadsticks, salad, and chocolate covered strawberries for dinner! Jaron is finally getting over his sickness but poor Maycee has been fighting a virus all week! She has been in and out of the doctor all week and has had to sleep with a vaporizor. She has had a rough start to life, but we hope she will get better soon too!!

While Maycee was enjoying her wonderful bathtime with Grandma, Jaron was getting ready to see his favorite gang at the Playhouse Disney show with his dad. He came home with pictures, cotton candy, and a smile from ear to mickey-ear! As most babies seem to, Maycee treasures her bathtime as she is massaged from head to toe!

Here are the latest photos of our newest addition! Maycee was born on January 31, 2008 at 9:07 am. She weighed 7 lbs and 15 oz and was 21 inches long! She is beautiful, happy, and healthy and both Mom and Maycee are doing great. Wendi and Maycee came home Friday afternoon and Jaron is thrilled to have a new sister to take care of.
